WHAT ARE THE OPENING HOURS?

AIKA'S head office and warehouse are open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM. For any inquiries please send us an email to hello@aikabeachwear.com.au.

 

DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES?

Yes, although Express Post is unavailable for delivery to PO Boxes.
 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PACK MY ORDER? 

We aim to process all orders within 24 hours on weekdays.

  • During peak periods, such as sales, public holidays, or the day after a public holiday, processing times may be up to 3 business days.

  • Here are some tips for avoiding delays during peak periods:

    • Order your AIKA essentials early. The earlier you order, the less likely it is that your order will be processed during a peak period.
    • Choose a shipping method that is not affected by peak periods. For example, standard shipping is less likely to be affected by peak periods than express shipping.
 

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has been picked up from our headquarters, you will receive an email from AIKA with your tracking number.

The tracking number will allow you to track the progress of your order and to see when it is expected to arrive. (Please note it may take up to 24 hours in the couriers' system to update once picked up)

Please note that delivery estimates are approximate and may vary due to factors such as weather conditions, customs clearance, and other unforeseen circumstances.
 

CAN I CHANGE MY ADDRESS AFTER MY ORDER IS PLACED?

Please note that incomplete delivery addresses will delay the dispatch and delivery time.

  • When you place your order, please make sure that your delivery address is complete and accurate.
  • If you have entered an incomplete or incorrect address, please contact us as soon as possible.
  • We may be able to change the address before your order is dispatched.
  • If your order has already been dispatched, please contact the shipping company to request a redirect.
 

ARE THERE INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS AND DUTY CHARGES?

Please be aware that you may be charged customs fees when you checkout.

  • These fees are charged by your local customs office and are not part of our shipping fees.
  • The amount of the fee will vary depending on the value of your order and the customs regulations of your country.
  • You are responsible for paying any customs fees that are charged.
  • If you do not pay the customs fees, your order may be returned to us.
  • If your order is returned to us, you will be refunded the purchase price, minus the shipping costs and a $10 handling fee.

To track your order, you can use the AusPost app or sign up for MyPost.

  • The AusPost app is available for download on both iOS and Android devices.
  • MyPost is a free service that allows you to track your orders, manage your shipping address, and more.

If you are having issues with your delivery or need to update your shipping address after it has left our warehouse, please contact AusPost.
